We want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and exchange process completely hassle-free.
Biggernose products are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. There are no charges to return/exchange the products—we cover all shipping charges.
To be eligible, please ensure the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and with the original tags still attached.
Once your request is verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 24 hours, and your refund will be processed within 24 hours of the item being picked up.
Please note that for returns regarding defective, damaged, or lost items, we require a clear unboxing video of the original packaging to quickly resolve the issue.
